Terms of service
Last updated 1 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Consolida when you use the service. Please read them. If you do not agree, please do not use Consolida.
Who we are
Consolida is operated by Jason Clowrey, United Kingdom. A limited company, Consolida AI Ltd, is being formed and will become the operator; these terms will be updated when it does.
Consolida is a service for businesses. By using it, you confirm that you are using it for your business, and that you have the authority to accept these terms for that business.
The service
Consolida provides a team of AI desks that help run the day-to-day of a small business: email, Google Ads, SEO, reputation, analytics and social. Each desk reads the accounts and information you give it, prepares drafts, and sends them to you for approval. You choose which desks to turn on.
We will keep improving the service, so features may change over time. We will tell you in advance about any change that takes away something important you rely on.
You approve every action
Nothing is sent and no spend is changed until you approve it with a tap.
That includes emails, replies to reviews, social posts, and any change to an advertising budget, bid or campaign. When you approve something, you are choosing to send or make it, and you are responsible for what you approve, as if you had done it yourself.
Advertising spend is billed to you by the advertising platform, such as Google, under your own agreement with them. It is not billed by Consolida.
AI can be wrong
The desks use artificial intelligence. AI can make mistakes, misread data, or produce something that sounds confident but is wrong. Please check every draft, figure and recommendation before you approve it or rely on it. Consolida does not give legal, financial or tax advice.
Your connected accounts
- Only connect accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
- Your use of those accounts is still covered by their own terms, such as Google's or Shopify's. You are responsible for meeting them.
- You can disconnect an account at any time. The desks that rely on it will stop working for that account.
- Keep your chat app account and devices secure, as approvals come through them. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
Acceptable use
You must not use Consolida to do anything unlawful, harmful or deceptive. In particular, you must not:
- send spam, or send messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you;
- use scraped, bought or rented lists of leads;
- post fake reviews, or reviews that mislead people about who wrote them;
- break the law on privacy, advertising, consumer protection or electronic marketing;
- try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the limits of the service;
- use the service in a way that breaks Anthropic's Usage Policy, which applies because the desks use Anthropic's models.
If you break these rules, we may refuse a request, suspend your account or close it.
Our service, not raw model access
You are buying Consolida's service: the desks, their instructions, and the work they do for you. You are not buying direct access to any AI model, and you may not use Consolida as a way to reach one for other purposes.
Plans, credits and top-ups
Plans come with a monthly allowance of credits, which the desks use as they work. In outline:
- Monthly credits refresh each billing month. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
- You can buy top-up credits if you need more. Top-ups do not expire. They are used after the month's credits run out.
- Prices, what each plan includes, and how credits are used are shown at sign-up, before you pay.
- We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change to your plan.
Your content
You keep ownership of your content and data, and of the drafts the desks write for you once you approve them. You give us permission to use your content only as needed to provide the service to you. How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy.
Cancellation and data export
- You can cancel at any time by emailing support@consolida.ai. Your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for, then stops.
- Before you leave, you can ask us for an export of your data, such as your business information, drafts and approval history.
- After you cancel, we revoke our access to your connected accounts. Your data is deleted within 30 days of cancelling, and removed from backups within a further 30 days, as described in our privacy policy.
Availability and suspension
We work hard to keep Consolida running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of faults. Connected services such as Google or your chat app may also have outages that affect the desks.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or is not paid for. Where we can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.
Limits of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, and as far as the law allows:
- we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss;
- we are not liable for the results of anything you approved, or for advertising spend you approved;
- our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the service changes or when Consolida AI Ltd becomes the operator. We will change the date at the top and give customers 30 days' notice before any change takes effect. If you keep using Consolida after that, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
